Terms of Service
Please read everything before commissioning me ! All terms must be agreed to before we begin.1. I have the right to deny any commission for any reason I see fit2. All commissions are PayPal only and in USD3. Payment is required before I begin. If getting a full piece, payment is required once sketch has been revealed and approved. Failure to provide funds will forfeit your commission and rights to the sketch4. All pieces will be emailed to you as a transparent PNG file (in addition to a background version if added)5. Once your commission has been finished, I will not make any further changes to it. If any changes are requested, a fee may be charged. The bigger the edit, the higher the fee.6. A clear, visual reference sheet is required for your commission7. All finished products will have a watermark in them and will not be removed. Please do not remove them yourself8. If there is something you want that is not on my list, feel free to DM me and I will give you a quote9. Communication is a MUST. Unresponsive clients (those taking days to respond, if at all) will lose priority in my queue and/or forfeit their commission(s). If unresponsive for up to one week, any payment made is forfeited and no refunds will be provided after that time frame10. Refunds will NOT be given out once your commission has been completed !
If you request a refund before work is started, you will receive your payment in full, IF AND ONLY IF your commission has NOT been started.
